God Answers Prayers
God Answers Prayers
In a time like we are facing here in the United States, it is important for us to remember the great things God has done. My faith has been challenged over the last several days, so I decided to add some detail to my list of answered prayers. I have to admit that it's been a while since I really reflected on the great things that God is doing in our lives.
Every time God moves, no matter how small or big, it is a miracle.
Here are some of the things God has done for us over the last few months. I truly hope they bless you.
SCHOOL MONEY
When my wife needed money to finish paying for school, someone stepped up and made a personal loan to us with no interest. Jen was able to pay her bill in full. I believe God put it into his heart to help us. God can use anything and anyone to answer the prayers of His people.
GETTING A JOB
Back in May, when I desperately needed a job, God opened the doors and gave me one. In fact, I received a call about the job on one day, went in for the interview the next day and before I was even home from the interview, I received word that the job was mine. This is the fastest I have ever been hired.
When the contract was only supposed to go for about 6 weeks, God saw to it that it was extended. I am now finishing up my forth month and have funding at least for another 2 months! I believe that I will actually be able to stay around for another month or so after that. If it is God�s will, it will be done!
Another thing God did for me on the job was to give me an office. Although I am only a contractor, He made it so. This request was not a necessity, but it still is a great example of God answering prayer.
